During his 15 years as a prosecutor, Ray served for over 5 years as the attorney representing Child Protective Services (CPS) and 2 years as the Juvenile prosecutor. Both of these areas of law are highly specialized and there is a limited number of attorneys who have worked in and will represent clients in these types of cases.
Ray has the knowledge and expertise to work with you in either CPS cases or Juvenile cases. He will be sure you understand the complexities of these cases and assist you through the legal system towards the best possible outcome.
As a prosecutor, Ray handled almost every type of offense, from low-level misdemeanors to serious aggravated felonies, including approximately 100 jury trials. Since starting private practice, Ray has now defended clients in the same wide range of offenses. His vast knowledge and experience in the criminal justice sytstem allows him to assist clients in reaching the best resolution of their criminal matters whether by dismissal of charges, plea negotiations, contested hearings, or trial.
